Designation: Human Resource
Manage Overall Staffing Operations & HR shared Services catering to contracted Sub
Vendors across India.
Vendor Onboarding
Manage to hire and onboard contingent labor workforce through the vendor.
Manage VENDOR Resource (Outsourced), for day-to-day sourcing/procurement
operations.
End to End Source to pay Cycle management of Vendors.
End-to-End Documentation of Vendors And their Resources.
Managing and reducing of cost of service delivery by vendors.
Manage Contracts Life Cycle which includes contract management/administration with
contract amendments and addendum.
Contract Negotiations, Drafting and addressing red lines, defining SLAs & KPIs
Contract breaches and remediation, contract governance
Improve Vendor's partner experience through processes and tech workflows.
Contract optimization, spend centralization
Incident & Problem management from Vendors Side.
E-Invoice Management Through Vendors.
Creation and prioritization of vendor business plan that maximizes margins and
customer experience
Salary Range(In Rupees): 8000-15000
