Job Responsibilities:
Design and update job descriptions.
Develop and execute recruiting plans.
Source potential candidates from various online channels and networks through industry contacts, social media, and employees. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates. Screen incoming resumes and application forms by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
