Human Resource Recruiter Freshers Wanted.
Qualification: MBA
Experience: Freshers
Salary: 12k to 18k
Location: Chennai
Maintain a database for a number of vacant positions and work towards providing suitable manpower for vacant positions.
Responsible for recruiting and closing the positions with the guidance of the HR Manager.
Maintain the personal files of the positions and update them regularly.
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process Sourcing, shortlisting the candidates through the Job posting, headhunting, references etc.
Scheduling/ conducting interviews.
Your responsibilities:
Track and identify prospective candidates using different channels Review resumes and applications Conduct recruitment interviews and provide the necessary inputs Assess candidates to ensure qualification match and cultural fit etc.
Shortlist candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
Must be fluent in English.
