Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through the in-house database, using job portals, referrals.
Handle recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening, and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates technical skills and competencies, and assess candidates ability to fit the work environment.
