Immediate Vacancy for Human Resource Recruiter Freshers
The recruiter has to do sourcing from portals, do job postings and collect resumes, speak to the candidates and explain the job requirements, benefits etc and check their willingness, do the preliminary interview, arrange for the functional interview, get feedback, negotiate salary, and close the offer. Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins. Should have Knowledge of various selection process and must be able to conduct different type of interviews such as telephonic, Skype and personal.
Qualification: MBA
