- Handling end to end recruitment
- Sourcing profiles from job portals, social media, etc.,
- Formulate new sourcing techniques
- Candidate evaluation over the phone, to check job fitness
- Followup with candidates till the date of joining
- Negotiation with candidates on salary, notice period, etc.
- Conducting and Handling walk-in drives
- Manage the entire recruitment process
- Reporting to the team lead on the status of recruitment
