Success & Beyond HR is an established boutique Executive Search Firm in Mumbai. 

We are looking at expanding our team and looking for talent (Executive, Sr. Executive, Lead NBFC Hiring, Lead Fintech Hiring, Lead Corporate Hiring and Lead IT Hiring) with varied level of experience, beginner level (1-3 years of experience), Mid level (3-5 years) as well as Senior resources (>5years) years of experience. We are based out of Goregaon West, Mumbai.

Firms' Founder is Priyanka Gandhi , an IIM Calcutta, 2003 graduate and a BSc. from Presidency College Calcutta. She is an ex-banker and has also worked extensively in the insurance sector

Firm mainly focuses on mid and senior level recruitment's for the Banking and Finance (BFSI) , Fintech industry. We are excellent on working on Corporate positions(IT, HR, Admin, Strategy, BIU, Compliance, Finance etc) as well. It does leadership and diversity hiring across sectors. We are also extensively working with our clients for several IT positions (Fintech, Agritech , Healthtech), hence have a good expertise on hiring in IT space. Key Objectives / Responsibilities of this Role :

·         Managing recruitment life cycle that includes Sourcing, screening, Interviewing, Reporting, Documentation and Closing the positions.

·         Effectively close manpower requisition within the stipulated time-frame.

·         Co-ordinate with clients on regular basis

·         Understanding the requirements of the position

·         Sourcing and head hunting relevant profiles from job portals like Naukri.Com, LinkedIn, Boolean search, social networking sites. Also Job Postings on Naukri, RMS and LinkedIn. • Briefing candidates about the company as well as about the key responsibility areas of the profile.

·         Assessing candidate's relevant experience, knowledge, skills, competencies, communication skills, truthfulness of CV, expected salary and notice period negotiation

·         Scheduling and coordinating interviews, preparing candidates for interviews with the clients by providing detailed information about job descriptions and expectations of clients.

·         Joining formalities, Documentation formalities post the selection of the candidate.

·         Follow up the shortlisted candidates and selected candidates till they join to the particular requirement of the client.

·         Maintaining database and daily / weekly / monthly excel reports and trackers.

We have a rocking time at work at our office in Goregaon (W) from Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM and on Alternate Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 6.30 PM. Two Saturdays of every month is an off.
