· Solid understanding of recruitment practices and networking.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-
· Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions
· Sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins
· Ensure that recruitment and selection procedures meet the required position.
· Source potential candidates from various platforms, like job portals and social media platforms.
· Solid understanding of recruitment practices and networking.
· Assist and support recruitment team with handling and resolving Human resource issues.
