Human Resource Recruiter Jobs Opening in Boyen Haddin at Bhayandar, Mumbai
Job Description
- Manage the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned clients.
- Understanding client requirements and organisation with regard to their existing business activities.
- Sourcing resumes using various job portals, finding candidates as per the requirement through available resources.
- Screening the profiles, Conducting a telephonic interview.
- Shortlist candidates and recommend them to the clients.
- Generating and maintaining databases for future requirements.
- Salary negotiation, Follow up till the date of joining, Closing the positions.
- Taking references from the candidates.
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Saturday & Sunday: Fixed Off
Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Leave Policy: 10 Festival Leaves + 12 Paid Leaves
