- Work Location:- JP Nagar 7th phase
- Experience:- 0- 2 years
- Salary - 15k -20 k
Roles and responsibilities:
- The recruiting, interviewing, and screening responsibilities of Human Resource recruiters can be further broken down by daily responsibilities, which include:
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Screening resumes
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Maintaining relationships both internally and with candidates to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process
- Completing timely reports on employment activity
NOTE: Immediate joiners are required. The candidates current location should be Bangalore( preferably JP Nagar)
