• Good experience in End to End Recruitment.
• Extensive exposure to leading portals - Naukri, Monster
• Sourcing suitable candidates through internal database, job portals, referrals, and networking
• Screening and Selecting best matched Profiles and taking Telephonic Interview.
• Do a research on various sourcing/recruiting techniques and implement them.
• Preparing schedule for interviews. Co-ordinate the interview process
• Follow up the candidate till joining the company
• Taking care of end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Graduate /MBA / Post Graduates.
• Must be excellent in Communication Skills
• Hindi/Malayalam/Telugu/Kannada speaking will be given preferences
