Designation: Human Resource Recruiter

Candidate should have 1+ year’s good experience and knowledge in the pre-recruitment process which includes sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of candidates.

· Should be responsible for End to End recruitment.

Optimal use of different sources like job portals, networking, cold-calling, headhunting, reference,s, etc.
Should have knowledge in initial screening and short-listing of candidates to match client requirements in terms of Skills, Communication, Experience, and Education.
Must have the ability to coordinate with Clients & candidates for a smooth flow in the selection process.
Once the candidate got selected follow up with them to ensure joining.
Should have a good professional network.
The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Should be target oriented and have the ability to handle various tasks.
Should have the ability to work in a team and individually.
Must be smart and dedicated to work.
Salary Range(In Rupees):8000-15000
