Job Description
Role
• Hiring staff for Asia Pacific operations• Onboarding
• Training
• Support for any HR matter
• Employee engagement post recruitment
Compensation
• INR 2.50~INR 3.00 Lacs• Variable @ INR 10,000/- for each candidate who has been confirmed
Working Hours/Days
• 5 day working• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, etc.)

Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Excel/Google Sheets

Ability to draft job descriptions and emails professionally

Familiarity with interview tools like Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet
Soft Skills:

Strong time management and organizational abilities
