• Recruitment & selection of candidates in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner.
• Sourcing of profiles through various job portals and other platforms, Initial screening of candidates by discussing the job requirement.
• Coordinate and arrange for interviews, Issue offer letters for the shortlisted candidates.

• Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates.
• Effective time-management abilities.
• Flexible to work from the office.
  
• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media, Naukri, and professional platforms like Linkedin).
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
• Participate in job fairs, Campus drives and host in-house recruitment events
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
