Designation: Human Resource Trainee 

Role
Being a part of the Human Resources team, this member is expected to collaborate with the team to manage day-to-day administration issues. Key responsibilities of this role include maintaining good Employee Relations and managing any grievances.

Experience/Responsibilities

• 0-1 year(s) of experience in HR or willing to scale up as an HR professional.
• Bachelor's degree in HR.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent ability to work accurately, with good diligence.
• Maintaining Employee database, records & necessary documents of all employees /background checks.
• Perform and complete the preliminary stage of the onboarding process.
• Lead the company's Health & Wellness program.
• Organize miscellaneous internal and external employee events.
• Respond to employee questions and concerns on time.
• Own and drive the recruitment process.
• Able to work from our office in Vidyaranyapura, Bengaluru.

Desirable

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in Recruitment.
