Human Resource (Training & Development) Jobs Opening in Vision India Services Private Limited at Noida
Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Learn, identify, select, map, and retain talent in the organization through an efficient and effective talent acquisition strategy & systems in alignment with the business strategy, functional demands, and the organization's overall HR philosophy
2. Develop and implement a framework for training needs identification through analysis, individual development plans from performance appraisals and regular consultation with business managers
3. Execute, drive training programs based on the training calendar for the organization and ensure timely delivery to meet the business needs
4. Design, develop training materials for in-house courses & deliver the same to the targeted audience online/on-site
5. Monitor, review the progress of trainees by using tools viz. questionnaires and by having discussions with line managers and functional heads to ensure that training programs result in performance improvement
6. Help coordinate various workforce training in a classroom and on-the-job/experience labs
7. Work on closure, MIS & reporting
