Job Description

JOB TYPE: 1 YEAR CONTRACT with the possibility to convert to full time based on individuals performance and task completion


Job Location: Pune or Bangalore


Role: In this role, the individual works with the Center HR Head to create and manage Employee Life Cycle activities from Hire to Retire. Employee experience is very important, and it is this individual’s responsibility to work closely with the line manager, employees, and HR Team to deliver programs to create a good employee experience.


Job Responsibilities:


Administrative Tasks

  • Prepare paperwork for Onboarding and manage employee joining formalities and new employee Orientation
  • Support HR projects and activities and drive implementation
  • Employee File Management & Audits

Employee Connect and Engagement

  • Manage Employee Engagement activities like Awards program, Employee recognition, etc.
  • Employee Separations process – Conduct Exit interviews & formalities
  • Ability to guide and interpret HR policies and processes to employees

Data Related

  • MIS - Create reports, maintain employee data and create dashboards in Excel
  • HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance


Role Requisites:


  • 2-3 years of HR Generalist experience or in a similar role in a mid-size company/startup
  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Management
  • Preferred with Shorter Notice [2 Weeks and below]


Skills/Competencies:


- Excellent Presentation & Communications skills

- Good/hands-on Microsoft Office [Excel and Powerpoint] Skills

- Able to work independently and should be very Organized

- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment 

- Good self-management Skills

  • Step 1: Analytical & English Assessment
  • Step 2: Interview via Video Call [only if qualified in Step 1]
