Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Building & executing end to end Talent Acquisition strategy with a strong focus on Cost control, quality of hire.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop staffing strategies to meet business needs.
• Identify potential candidates through creative sourcing techniques to fill the candidate pipeline.
• Engage with employees to develop a well-defined company culture
• Planning and Organizing Employee Engagement activity.
• Organize campus recruitment drives in colleges for hiring.
• Handling employees’ grievances.
• Responsible for coordination with teams and management for HR and Admin related activities.
• Responsible for digitization of HR process and policies.
• Preparing and presenting MIS with Management.
• Candidate must be self-motivated & ready to work for a startup.

Desired Skills:

·       Minimum 7 Yrs  of experience in HR (4 Yrs with a growing Tech startup)

·       Strong Tech hiring experience.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Good analytical skills and proficient in use of MS Office tools

·       Tech savvy, with a forward-thinking mindset to use data and technology to drive productivity

·       Possess emotional intelligence with empathy, compassion and strong inter-personal skills

·       Knowledge of HR related laws and policies

·       Self-motivation and ability to absorb pressure

Education: MBA (HR preferred)
