Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle for non-technical roles across departments such as sales, marketing, finance, HR, operations, and customer support. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to find the best fit for our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing
Understand job requirements by collaborating with hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, consultancies, and other relevant platforms.
Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
Screening & Evaluation
Conduct telephonic/video screenings and assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.
Administer assessment tests or evaluations as required.
Coordination
Act as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
Ensure timely communication and follow-ups at every stage.
Provide regular updates and recruitment reports to relevant stakeholders.
Offer & Onboarding
Conduct salary negotiations and prepare offer letters.
Coordinate background verification and pre-joining formalities.
Ensure smooth onboarding in coordination with HR operations.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain recruitment documentation and update the ATS or Excel tracker.
Ensure all hiring processes comply with company policies and labor laws.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with various sourcing methods and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and preferably an ATS or CRM system.
