Job Description
An HR professional manages the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to training, performance management, and offboarding, while ensuring compliance with labor laws. They act as a bridge between management and employees to foster a positive culture, handle payroll/benefits, and resolve workplace conflicts.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Staffing: Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates; managing the hiring process and conducting onboarding for new hires.
Employee Relations: Acting as a point of contact for employee queries, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Organizing performance appraisals, managing employee performance data, and assisting in setting employee goals.
Compensation and Benefits: Administering payroll, managing employee benefits (health insurance, leave), and ensuring competitive compensation.
Compliance and Policy: Ensuring compliance with labor laws (e.g., safety, fair employment), and updating company policies/employee handbooks.
