About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Creating a job description for various positions by researching on LinkedIn, Angellist, Hirist, Indeed, and other portals
2. Sourcing the candidates' profiles and scheduling interviews
3. Drafting employment offer letter and offer letter via email
4. Processing the received loan application for eligibility based on pre-specified criteria for a set of banks and liaise with the bank authorities for quick processing of the loan application and quick disbursal
5. Conducting research and getting all the relevant data is helpful in solving the problem at hand; it involves direct customer interfacing
