Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
2. Coordinating and scheduling interviews, both in-person and virtual
3. Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy in our HRIS system
4. Assisting with onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions
5. Assisting with various HR projects, such as Skill Based Assessments, Benchmarking
6. Supporting the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing HR documents and correspondence
7. Assisting with HR reporting and data analysis using MS Excel to identify key trends and insights
