Job Summary
You will provide support to the Human Resources department by assisting with recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and policy compliance. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in HR functions, workplace culture, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with business teams to understand HR requirements and assist in talent management.
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding by self-sourcing and liaison with the consultants .
• Handle HR operations, documentation, and compliance processes.
• Work on HR MIS, reporting, and process improvements.
• Act as a bridge between employees and management to foster a positive work environment.
Requirements:
• Recent graduate or postgraduate (MBA/MSW/PGDM in HR or equivalent).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of HR concepts and policies
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus
