About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Update our internal databases with new joiner information, including onboarding formalities and employment forms
2. Gather employee data and maintain employee files
3. Process employee insurances
4. Screen resumes and application forms
5. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
6. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
7. Prepare contracts & offer letters
8. Schedule inductions & analyze attendance
9. Address employee queries
