About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engage in screening and sourcing candidates from different portals.
2. Handle recruitment process
3. Post new positions on websites and job boards
4. Assist with screening resumes and applications
5. Send offer and regret letters
6. Coordinate interviews
7. Collect and update our database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information)
8. Maintain payroll data including leaves, working hours, and proofread HR documents
10. Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents
11. Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects

Additional Information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per candidates joining ).
