Job Description
About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Nurture a positive working environment that allows for constant development and engagement
2. Design and implement a healthy work environment through HR policies, namely induction & onboarding, Incentives/R&R, exit process, etc.
3. Work towards bringing the best practices in the organization
4. Ensure high performance by developing and managing an optimal performance appraisal system
5. Mitigate risks by ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
6. Manage day-to-day employee-related matters, including leaves, attendance, payroll, grievances, etc, in a timely, effective, and principle-based manner
Note: We are not looking for candidates from a talent acquisition background.

6. Must be able to pay attention to details and should be comfortable with ambiguity
