About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Build strong relationships with candidates, guide them through the candidate journey right from the first level of discussion to final negotiations and onboarding & create an exceptional experience for them a long way
2. Identify, develop, implement and execute recruiting programs, sourcing channels, and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
3. Leverage advanced sourcing strategies and use networking approaches to find, attract and engage top talent
4. Support hiring managers and interviewers through the hiring process, facilitate debriefs, and enable fair and structured decision making
