Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support recruitment of entry-level employees and interns by shortlisting resume, conducting level 1 interviews, preparing to shortlist after interview, and explaining KRA/KPI and remuneration to the selected candidates
2. Emailing and calling the shortlisted candidates as required
3. Onboarding the selected candidates by creating/updating training material and providing email and telephonic support
4. Interacting with college authorities, placement consultants, etc. for recruitment
