About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
2. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
3. Posting jobs to job boards and social media platforms
4. Keeping employee records updated
5. Coordinating with employee engagement activities
6. Assisting HR in day-to-day HR activities
The internship period is for 3-6 months, depending on the performance he/she will be promoted to a full-time role as HR assistant.
