About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Track the progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects in excel or CRM
2. Create reports on the HR-related process when required
3. Come up with new ideas to engage team with weekends for motivation and team building activities
4. Update our internal databases with new employee data including contact details and employment forms
5. Work on screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
6. Plan and schedule interviews with candidates
7. Work on assisting in the planning of company events
8. Work on preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates
