Job Description
1. Assist the HR team in administrative HR activities and strive for excellence
2. Conduct market research on R&R programs and other engagement initiatives and produce the data-driven insights
3. Organize, compile, update and document company's personnel records
4. Maintain, schedule, and coordinate calendar activities
5. Assist in posting job ads on careers and other social media platforms and store the received profiles
6. Brainstorm innovative ideas to onboard employees virtually
7. Conduct surveys, analyze the data, and recommend the suitable action plan
8. Answer employees' questions and provide requested information
9. Participate in recruitment activities and help the team close the position within given TAT

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or relevant field
2. Good knowledge in MS Office

Stipend structure: This is a performance based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will be paid 2500 on every Performance Based that you make or deliver.
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
