About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing profiles from various job portals
2. Understanding job descriptions
3. Screening candidates' resumes & conducting telephonic interviews (this includes making numerous calls)
4. Undertaking salary negotiation with the selected candidates
5. Following up via emails/calls till selection/rejection of the candidate

This internship will give you an overall corporate recruitment experience.
