Job Description
1. Gathering rich experience in end-to-end recruitment
2. Performing Google search, Boolean search, LinkedIn Search (advanced), and using complex syntax for the mentioned roles
3. Working on lead coordination of candidates
4. Managing end-to-end recruitment life cycle process.
5. Developing a search strategy to locate suitable candidates
6. Sourcing the right kind of profiles through the internal database, headhunting, job portals, networking as per job specifications given.
7. Validating, screening, and shortlisting of candidates
8. Conducting first-level interviews (telephonic) to check communication skills, technical skills, interest level, availability, salary, and everything possible
9. Validating, screening, and shortlisting of candidates
10. Arranging and coordinating both telephonic and in-person interviews for the short-listed candidates
11. Negotiating salary
12. Assisting in a smooth transition, while working on both the documentation and the joining formalities

1. Should have a sound sourcing quotient and aggressive coordination potential
2. Strong experience in social media recruitment, catering to a good number of profiles from, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
3. Good experience in X-Ray searches has been able to source good profiles using the same
4. Highly efficient and effective at creating strings and searches using all Boolean operators
5. Thorough knowledge of sourcing using different job portals, networking sites
6. Should have grass-root exposure to headhunting for across verticals, complex and simple feasible searches
