About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations)
2. Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
3. Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
4. Design compensation and benefits packages
5. Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
6. Meet with employees regularly for progress reviews and assessments (discussing any problems or grievances they may have)
7. Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
