About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Write and post technical job descriptions
2. Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
3. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities
4. Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
5. Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
6. Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
