Job Description
I am a CXO cum entrepreneur who has been investing time and knowledge for leading companies in UK, US, & Singapore since I was in college. With a technology & engineering background, I had served several companies servicing local and global clients. Previously, I led a BPO project & now I'm spearheading other projects in the fin-tech & travel industry across my global network. I am also a member of several trade bodies & chambers of commerce in Singapore. I am also a professional member of IEEE, which is the largest professional association for technology professionals in the world.
I have been involved in global negotiation for various projects since 2008 & have worked as a key consultant for some of the global business groups. Currently, I am actively focusing on the following key industries: RMG, logistics, technology & BPO, internet with key technology focus on AI, IoT, machine learning, OTA, and BPO.

About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support the CEO and founder and provide support to the executive team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and run efficiently
2. Manage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
3. Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the senior executives' priorities are met, achieve organizational goals, and uphold best practices.
4. Design and update job descriptions
5. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like StackOverflow and Behance)
6. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
7. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
8. Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
9. Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests
10. Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
11. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
12. Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
13. Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
