About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on employee life cycle management from onboarding to exit
2. Manage the company's recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs
3. Design & implement employee benefits, develop fair HR policies, and ensure employees understand and comply with them
4. Manage employee's grievances and create SoPs to act in a timely manner
5. Work on the record-keeping of all the key HR activities, policies, payroll, SoPs, employee appraisals, etc.
6. Work on design and implementation of employee engagement programs
7. Handle all the admin operations
