About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Reviewing resumes and applications
2. Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
3. Working with multiple sources for candidates for specific job positions
4. Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance
5. Training new or existing employees
6. Handling the joining formalities, statutory compliance, exit formalities, employee engagement, payroll, attendance, and leave management
7. Performing the day-to-day activities of head human resource
8. Negotiating/closing the deals & handling complaints
