About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Close all the core IT requirements
2. Become the first point of contact for all the candidates
3. Carry out the end to end recruitment activities
4. Stay involved in managing the candidate database and maintain the talent pool
5. Interact with stakeholders, understand the requirement from the business
6. Handle sourcing, screening and calling the candidates, review the profiles, understand their job role, and analyze the culture fit for the organization
7. Take care of scheduling the candidates with panel on regular basis
