Job Description
1. Organizing and maintaining personnel records
2. Updating internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
3. Liaisoning with external partners, like insurance vendors, laptop vendors, and ensure legal compliance
4. Creating regular reports when required
5. Answering employees' queries about HR-related issues
6. Assisting the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
7. Visiting banks for internal work
8. Making sure the office functions properly in all the terms
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 23rd Nov'20 and 28th Dec'20
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Should have at least 3 years experience in the IT industry
2. Should have good HR knowledge (hiring, talent management, training, employee engagement, payroll, and statutory)
3. Should have good experience in administration and facility management
4. Should have good communication skills in English and Kannada
5. Should have good presentation skills and Excel skills
6. Should have a Bachelor's degree
7. Should have 2-3 years of experience in HR and administration
8. Should be able to join within 15 days
The job role includes traveling.
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
