About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Setting up the HR policies and procedures for a startup organization
2. Setting up the processes for reward and recognition, training and development, of the team at all levels
3. Screening resumes and application forms
4. Liaising with various placement cells of colleges to collaborate for hiring, knowledge sharing sessions, etc.
