Job Description
1. Participating in the recruitment process
2. Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
3. Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
4. Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
5. Handling employee database (both in soft form and files management)
6. Handling the timings, attendance, and leaves management of employees

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 1st Dec'20 and 5th Jan'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Must be detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task with a high degree of accuracy
2. Must have excellent communication skills
3. Must be pursuing a degree (BBA, MBA, B.Tech, and/or B.Com) or have had similar academic exposure
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (âÂĹĄ 700 per sales).
