Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
2. Screen resumes and application forms and schedule interviews with candidates
3. Prepare HR-related reports as needed and proofread HR documents
4. Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
5. Provide support in administering HR policies and procedures
6. Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various HR projects
7. Work extensively on HRIS
8. Setting training programmes as per training calendar

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 4 to 8 Lac/annum
