Job Description
1. Review i.e., successfully review job descriptions to understand the needs of the hiring manager as well to ask questions that'll help you identify the right candidate(s)
2. Understand i.e., understand technology, technical roles and technical skills
3. Learn and evaluate your technical skills
4. Identify i.e., sourcing and uncovering candidates
5. Screen i.e., ascertaining the competence of candidates against a technical job description
6. Interview i.e., meeting candidates in person, telephone, or video conference, etc to assess their qualifications
7. Follow up i.e., keep your candidates in the loop, this goes a long way to build your credibility and keep your candidates either coming back to you or sending referrals to you (read my article on following up with candidates and also why candidates are rude to their recruiters for reference)
8. Team handling and to achieve weekly targets
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 11th Jun'21 and 16th Jul'21
3. are available for duration of 1 month
4. have relevant skills and interests

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 5 Lac/annum
