About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage an average requisition Ioad
2. Work with multiple stakeholders on appropriate actions to fill requisitions
3. Source and identify candidates from different sources/channels
4. Understand internet search
5. Source passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, etc.
6. Generate qualified candidates through direct sourcing -via telephone, email, and/or social media connection
