About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. Naukri and iimjobs.com, and LinkedIn)
2. Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
3. Screening incoming resumes and application forms
4. Interviewing candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
5. Advertising job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
6. Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers and answering queries about compensation and benefits
7. Collaborating with the managers to identify future hiring needs
