About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Prepare recruitment material and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges, etc.
2. Source, screen, and recruit candidates by using all the online channels
3. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
4. Manage any operational tasks assigned
