About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing, screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
2. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
3. Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms
4. Assisting the HR staff in gathering market salary information
5. Assisting in the planning of company events
6. Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates
7. Coordinating new hire orientations. Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details
8. Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters

Who can apply

2. can start the internship between 21st Nov'20 and 26th Dec'20

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. are from Bangalore, Hyderabad and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or studying toward a degree in Human Resource Management or related field

2. Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous

3. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications

4. The ability to work as part of a team

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

6. Excellent administrative and organizational skills

7. Effective communication skills

8. Detail-oriented
