About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research into clients companies, competitors, and marketplace for hiring the best resource track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
2. Map role criteria define position description and document specifications
3. Create an innovative interview process to skim the best talent
4. Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility
5. Conduct interviews, follow-up references, and coordinating with consultancies
6. Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
7. Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
8. Follow up with consultancies and assist with the candidate's transition and onboarding process
9. Research and develop recruiting leads, network, and build effective recruitment sources
10. Learn and develop in your area of expertise (specialized job function)
