About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design HR strategy to find, shortlist, recruit, candidates for various roles
2. Monitor and report the day to day activities of the marketing and sales teams
3. Identify corporate leads for student placement tie-ups
4. Empanel external executives for various roles including faculties and sales and marketing vendors
5. Negotiate the remuneration for the new resources
6. Handle various methods of performance appraisals and incentives
7. Run employee loyalty programs as per the situations
8. Prepare a detailed work report (daily/weekly/monthly)
9. Coordinate with other teams for the smooth run of the company
10. Make sure the team members gather market intelligence to capitalize on opportunities and help the company to attain a competitive position in the market
